We are looking for a sharp, dependable, and detail-oriented individual to join our team. This role sits at the heart of our day-to-day functioning: someone who can juggle spreadsheets, calls, and cross-functional coordination with equal ease, while bringing a positive, can-do attitude to work every single day. If you enjoy staying organized, love working with numbers and data, and can explain things clearly to anyone, whether it's a teammate sitting in front of you or on a call, or your manager, then we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing:

1- Working extensively with Google Workspace suite (Sheets, Docs, Drive) and MS Excel to maintain records, generate reports, and manage day-to-day internal working documentation.

2- Handling and managing incoming and outgoing calls, ensuring queries are addressed promptly and routed appropriately.

3- Assisting the team with coordination tasks, follow-ups, and general administrative support.

4- Consistently posting reels, shorts, posts, etc. on our social media handles, especially Instagram, sharing internal updates, day-to-day operational work, or broader posts to maintain daily engagement, reach, and activity.

5- Simplifying and communicating information clearly in English or Hindi, depending on who you're speaking with.

6- Collaborating closely with different departments and contributing to a smooth, team-first working environment.

7- Staying open to learning new tools and processes as our business grows across tech and digital marketing functions.

What We're Looking For:

Working knowledge of MS Excel and google sheet formulas, data entry, and basic reporting.

Hands-on familiarity with Google Sheets, Docs, Slides, and Drive.

Confident and comfortable working on a computer/ laptop for extended periods.

Good communication skills and able to explain and simplify ideas in both English and Hindi as the situation demands.

A team player with a collaborative mindset and a willingness to pitch in wherever needed.

An agile learner who is genuinely curious and open to growing within the tech and digital marketing space.

Prior experience is a plus, not a requirement, as we welcome enthusiastic freshers who are cooperative, dynamic, and ready to learn.
