Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Operator to accurately enter, update, and maintain data in company databases and systems. The ideal candidate should possess excellent typing skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage confidential information while meeting deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company databases, ERP systems, and spreadsheets.
Verify and review source documents for accuracy and completeness before data entry.
Identify and correct data inconsistencies or errors.
Maintain digital and physical records in an organized manner.
Generate reports and summaries as required by management.
Perform regular data validation and quality checks.
Ensure the confidentiality and security of company information.
Coordinate with internal departments to obtain and update required information.
Scan, organize, and archive documents for record-keeping.
Complete assigned tasks within established timelines while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Required Qualifications
Higher Secondary (12th Pass), Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
0–06 years of experience in data entry or a similar administrative role (freshers are welcome to apply).
Certification in Computer Applications is an added advantage.
