Data Entry Operator

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to accurately enter, update, and maintain information in company databases and systems. The ideal candidate should have strong typing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently while maintaining data accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter data from source documents into databases, spreadsheets, and software systems.

• Verify and correct data to ensure accuracy and completeness.

• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

• Review data for errors and inconsistencies.

• Organize and maintain electronic and physical records.

• Generate reports as required by management.

• Coordinate with team members to resolve data-related issues.

• Perform regular data backups and quality checks.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; graduate preferred.

• Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or a similar role.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and data management software.

• Good typing speed and accuracy.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Basic knowledge of office procedures and record management.
