Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Operator to input, update, and maintain accurate information in company databases and systems. The ideal candidate should have fast typing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter, update, and maintain data in computer systems and databases.

• Verify data accuracy and correct errors when identified.

• Review documents and information for completeness.

• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

• Generate reports and retrieve data as required.

• Organize and maintain files and records.

• Coordinate with team members to ensure data accuracy.

• Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; graduate preferred.

• Proven experience in data entry or administrative work.

• Good typing speed and accuracy.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and data management software.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Basic knowledge of databases and internet usage.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
