Location: Greater Noida

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Position Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator for a reputed CA Firm in Greater Noida. The candidate should have good typing skills, basic knowledge of accounts/documents handling, and the ability to maintain accurate records and reports.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: BA Graduate

• Experience: 2–3 Years in Data Entry / Back Office / Office Administration

• Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and computer operations

• Fast and accurate typing skills

• Basic understanding of accounting or CA office work will be preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain data in the company software and Excel sheets

• Handle client records, invoices, and documentation

• Verify data accuracy and update records regularly

• Prepare reports and maintain office files

• Coordinate with accounts and admin team for document management

• Ensure confidentiality and proper record keeping
