Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to handle day-to-day data entry, documentation, record keeping, office administration, and coordination activities. The candidate should have good typing skills, and the ability to maintain records accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Handling General administrative tasks like filing, data entry & paperwork.
Drafting, typing & handling minimum 10-15 letters on daily basis.
Maintaining record of all incoming & outgoing office communication, filing & efficient book keeping.
Correspondence with various government agencies & stakeholders.
Coordinating with concerned within Army and fmns/ with offices & teams.
Maintaining records & related documents.
Post contract management of documents.
Coordination & preparation of documents pertaining to contracts & payment to the concerned vendors.
