Job Description: Data Entry

We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, updating databases, and ensuring the integrity of our company’s information.

This role is perfect for someone with foundational experience who is looking to further develop their data management skills in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Management: Accurately enter and update data into internal systems, spreadsheets, and databases from various source documents.

• Quality Control: Review data for errors or deficiencies, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output.

• Reporting: Assist in the preparation of reports by gathering and summarizing information using Microsoft Excel.

• Organization: Maintain digital and physical filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of information.

• Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and private information with the utmost discretion and security.
  

Required Qualifications & Skills

Qualifications: Graduation

• Experience: Minimum of 3 months of professional experience in a data entry or administrative role.

• Excel Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, specifically:

  • VLOOKUP: Ability to retrieve data across different sheets or tables.

  • Pivot Tables: Ability to summarize and organize large datasets for analysis.

  • Date & Time Functions: Experience using formulas to calculate durations or format timestamps.
