Key Responsibilities
• Document Preparation: Sort physical files, remove staples, paper clips, and binder clips, and repair damaged pages before scanning.
•Scanning & Digitization: Operate high-volume office scanners to convert physical paperwork into clear electronic formats (PDF, TIFF, JPEG).
•Indexing & Cataloging: Label, name, and categorize digital files using standardized corporate naming conventions and metadata.
•Quality Control: Inspect scanned images for clarity, completeness, and accuracy, re-scanning pages if errors occur.
•Data Upload & Management: Upload processed files into Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) or cloud databases.
•Record Security: Handle confidential legal, financial, or employee records with strict privacy and data security protocols.
•Clerical Support: Assist the administrative team with basic filing, archiving, or routine office tasks when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
•Education: Minimum 10th or 12th Standard pass; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
•Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy, familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel), and experience using office scanners or document management software.
•Attention to Detail: High accuracy in data verification, spelling, and file organization.
•Soft Skills: Good time-management, ability to meet daily scanning targets, and trustworthiness with confidential data.
,•Physical Requirements: Ability to handle repetitive arm/hand movements and lift standard archive boxes (up to 25 lbs / 11 kg).
Work Environment
•Type: Full-time, On-site (Work From Office).
•Working Hours: Standard corporate shift (e.g., 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday or Monday to Friday).
