Onycon Infrastructure is having great career opportunities for Data Entry Operator(Site Location) with 0-1 YRS only experienced as well as fresher candidates in any background. The candidate will be responsible for Admin Activities like attendance Management, shift monitoring, record keeping, coordination, ensure accurate data for payroll and other admin activities. This is a site job. Candidates from any background can apply. Applicants from Pan India can also apply.

Position:Data Entry/ Computer Operator (Site Location)

Experience: 0-1 Year, Freshers are also welcome to apply

Requirement: 2025- 2026 Pass out batch only

Location: Rajasthan (Banswara)

Key Responsibilities:

• Attendance Management: Mark daily in/out time of workers in register/excel app

• Shift Monitoring: Track shift changes, overtime, overtime, late marks, early leaving

• Record Keeping:• Update daily attendance sheet, weekly reports.

• Co-ordination-Coordinating with Head Office HR and informing about absenteeism of employees.

• Support:• Help with basic Data Entry related to labour and attendance.

• Documentation:• Collect and scan documents of new joiners at site and submit at HO.

• Accommodation: Arrange accommodation and looking after other facilities related to accommodation if any new joiners report at site

• Leave Management: Collecting leave application form from the employees at site wh9o are going for long or short leave and informing HO the same.

Requirements:

Minimum: 12th Pass, Any Graduate.

Must know basic excel and computer skills.

Basic proficiency in MS Office.

Attention to detail, strong organizational abilities and punctuality.

Excellency in Analytical, Negotiation and Problem Solving Skills.

For Experienced candidates ability to work independently.

Looking for Candidates who are flexible to relocate to above location mentioned in job description.
