We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator (DEO) to support our Transport/Logistics operations. The role involves accurate and timely entry of transport-related documents and operational data into ERP systems, along with correcting branch-level entries as per defined SOPs.
Role & Responsibilities:
• Perform accurate and timely data entry of Lorry Receipts (LR), Challans, Truck Arrival details, DPR, and other transport-related documents.
• Verify entered data and ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely processing.
• Identify and correct errors in branch entries by strictly following company SOPs and process guidelines.
• Coordinate with branches and transport/operations teams to resolve data discrepancies.
• Ensure all entries are completed within the defined timelines.
• Follow data security, quality, and process compliance requirements.
• Support the team with other ERP/data-entry activities related to transport operations.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
• 1–2 years of experience in a Transport / Logistics company preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Data Entry, ERP
• Experience handling transport documents such as LR, Challans, Truck Arrival, DPR, etc. will be an advantage.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications.
• Good typing speed is an advantage.
