Job Description:
The Data Entry Operator is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in company systems and records while ensuring data confidentiality and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter and update data in databases, spreadsheets, and software systems
Verify data accuracy and correct errors
Maintain records and files (digital and physical)
Prepare reports as required
Follow data security and confidentiality guidelines
Skills & Qualifications:
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word)
Good typing speed and accuracy
Attention to detail
Basic communication skills
Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
