Job Posting: Data Entry Operator (Production & Quality)

Location: Moginand, Kala Amb | Department: Production / Quality Assurance
Shift: Rotational (including Night Shift) | Experience: 1–3 Years (Freshers Welcome)

Role Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to join our manufacturing team. Unlike a traditional office role, you will be the "Information Hub" of our production floor. You will be responsible for recording real-time production data, tracking material yields, and ensuring our quality logs are 100% accurate. This is a perfect role for someone who is good with numbers and wants to grow into Production Planning or Quality Control.

Key Responsibilities

• Real-time Logging: Enter production numbers, furnace temperatures, and cycle times into the ERP/Excel system.

• Yield Tracking: Calculate "Good Units" vs. "Rejections" at the end of every hour.

• Quality Documentation: Maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) logs, ensuring all "Check-Points" are signed off by supervisors.

• Discrepancy Reporting: Immediately alert the Floor Manager if the data shows a sudden drop in production efficiency.

• Labeling: Generate and verify barcode labels for finished glass products to ensure trace-ability.

Requirements

• Education: 12th Pass, ITI, or Graduate (Any stream).

• Skills: Basic MS Excel (Sum, Average, Percentage), fast typing, and a sharp eye for spotting errors.

• Mindset: Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment; disciplined regarding safety.
