We are looking for a Data Entry Operator to join our team at Dream With Data TRD Center Private Limited, Wardha. This role involves managing essential data processes, maintaining accurate records, preparing reports and providing administrative support.

Candidates must have good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, English Typing and Marathi Typing. We offer a salary range of ₹6,000–₹15,000 per month, based on the role, skills and experience, along with career growth opportunities in a professional working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform accurate data entry and maintain company records.

• Create, update and manage Excel spreadsheets.

• Prepare and format documents using MS Word.

• Verify information, identify errors and correct data discrepancies.

• Maintain digital and physical records systematically.

• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports.

• Handle documentation, filing and administrative activities.

• Support office operations and coordinate with internal teams.

• Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.

• Complete assigned tasks within deadlines.

Mandatory Skills & Requirements

• MS Excel: Data entry, formatting, sorting, filtering, basic formulas and reporting.

• MS Word: Document creation, editing, formatting and printing.

• English Typing Speed: 30–40 WPM (Mandatory).

• Marathi Typing Speed: 30–40 WPM (Mandatory).

• Basic computer knowledge and file management.

• Good typing accuracy and attention to detail.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks independently.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Minimum 12th Pass; graduates and appearing candidates may apply.

• Experience: Freshers and candidates with 0–6 months of experience.

• Computer Skills: MS Excel and MS Word knowledge mandatory.

• Typing Skills: English and Marathi typing mandatory.
