Job Title: Process Coordinator cum Data Entry Operator

Location: Duhai Industrial Area

Department: Operations / Project Coordination

Reporting To: Senior Management

Job Summary

The Process Coordinator cum Data Entry Operator will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day operational processes, ensuring accurate documentation, and maintaining data in an organized and timely manner. The role requires strong attention to detail, proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets, and the ability to follow up with internal teams for smooth workflow execution.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and monitor assigned processes to ensure timely completion.

Perform accurate and timely data entry into company systems, Excel, and Google Sheets.

Maintain and update project trackers, dashboards, and records.

Assist in preparing process-related reports, presentations, and MIS.

Follow up with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders for process updates.

Ensure compliance with company policies, formats, and documentation standards.

Support project managers in scheduling, task tracking, and closure of pending activities.

Identify delays or gaps in processes and escalate as needed.

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and documentation tools.

Good organizational and coordination skills.

Ability to multitask and manage timelines.

High accuracy in data handling and attention to detail.

Good communication and follow-up skills.

Qualifications & Experience

Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Commerce/Management/Engineering).

1–3 years of experience in process coordination / data entry / MIS reporting.

Experience in project documentation, operations, or administrative support preferred.
