Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Data Entry Executive to manage and maintain company data accurately. The candidate will be responsible for entering, updating, and verifying jewellery product, stock, order, vendor, and other business-related information in company systems and spreadsheets.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and update data in company software, ERP systems, and Google Sheets/Excel.

• Maintain records of jewellery products, stock, orders, vendors, customers, and other business information.

• Verify data accuracy and correct errors or discrepancies.

• Maintain proper digital and physical records and documentation.

• Update product details such as style numbers, descriptions, weights, quantities, and other relevant information.

• Assist in maintaining inventory and stock-related records.

• Prepare basic daily, weekly, and monthly reports when required.

• Coordinate with internal departments to collect and update required information.

• Ensure all data is entered on time and with high accuracy.

• Maintain confidentiality of company and business information.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.

• Good typing speed and accuracy.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Good organizational and time-management skills.

• Ability to handle repetitive work with accuracy.

• Basic communication and coordination skills.

• Knowledge of jewellery industry or inventory management will be an added advantage.

Eligibility

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate.

• Freshers can apply.

• Candidates with experience in data entry, back office, inventory, or the jewellery industry will be preferred.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Salary will depend on skills, experience, and interview performance.
