Key Responsibilities
Enter and update data into computer systems accurately and efficiently.
Review data for errors or missing information and correct any inconsistencies.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and customer information.
Organize and maintain digital and physical records.
Generate reports as required by management.
Verify data by comparing it with source documents.
Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.
Assist with administrative tasks when needed.
Requirements & Skills
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience in data entry or administrative work is preferred.
Good typing speed and accuracy.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) and data management software.
