Manage procurement activities through the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal.

Explore and identify suitable tenders, bids, and procurement opportunities.

Gather, verify, and compile tender-related information for management.

Prepare and upload quotations, bids, and supporting documents on the GeM portal.

Maintain and update procurement records, databases, and MIS reports.

Perform accurate data entry and ensure timely updating of digital records.

Monitor bid deadlines, order status, and contract progress.

Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for procurement activities.

Brief the concerned officers on tender opportunities, bid status, and procurement updates.

Ensure compliance with GeM guidelines, documentation, and organizational procedures.
