Maintain accurate records of sales and purchase entries in the system.
Record and track inventory inward and outward movements on a daily basis.
Monitor stock levels and ensure inventory data is updated regularly.
Prepare and maintain inventory reports, stock summaries, and transaction records.
Coordinate with procurement, sales, and warehouse teams for stock reconciliation.
Verify purchase and sales documents and ensure proper data entry.
Identify stock discrepancies and assist in inventory audits and stock verification.
Ensure accuracy of data and maintain proper documentation of inventory transactions.
