Data Entry Executive

Valuora is a growing digital marketing and e-commerce firm working on online stores, affiliate campaigns, and AI-powered websites. We are expanding our team and looking for a smart, organized Data Entry Executive to support our daily operations.

About the Role:

We are hiring a Data Entry Executive to manage Google Sheets, handle account signups across multiple platforms, and assist in creating AI-generated websites. The ideal candidate should have good computer knowledge, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn new AI tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update Google Sheets — data entry, formatting, formulas, and report tracking.

• Handle account signups and registrations on various websites and platforms.

• Assist in creating AI-generated websites using tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Durable, Framer AI, and similar platforms.

• Maintain accurate records of accounts, login details, and project data.

• Organize files, folders, and documents in Google Drive.

• Perform online research and data collection as required.

• Support the team with daily operational and administrative tasks.

• Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and timely completion of work.

Job Requirements:

• Good computer knowledge — typing, MS Office, internet browsing.

• Strong working knowledge of Google Sheets (basic formulas, sorting, filters).

• Comfortable with creating accounts on different websites and platforms.

• Basic understanding or willingness to learn AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, AI website builders).

• Good typing speed and attention to detail.

• Basic email and internet usage skills.

• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks on time.

Bonus Skills:

• Experience using AI website builders (Durable, Framer AI, Wix AI, Hostinger AI).

• Basic knowledge of Google Docs, Gmail, and Google Drive.

• Familiarity with Canva or basic image editing.

• Prior data entry or computer operator experience.

Salary:

₹13,000 – ₹16,000 per month Final salary will be decided based on interview performance and experience.
