Key Responsibilities
Research and collect data from job portals, LinkedIn, company websites, and online databases.
Build and maintain candidate, client, and company databases.
Verify and validate data accuracy before updating records.
Organize and clean large datasets to ensure data quality.
Extract relevant information using online research techniques.
Prepare reports and spreadsheets for recruitment and business development teams.
Update CRM and internal databases regularly.
Ensure confidentiality and security of collected information.
Required Skills
Good knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
Strong internet research and data collection skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Basic understanding of data management and database concepts.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Freshers and recent graduates are welcome to apply.
B.Tech, BCA, MCA, B.Sc (IT/CS), M.Tech, or related fields preferred.
Candidates comfortable working in a Night Shift environment.
