We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to accurately enter, update, and maintain information in company systems, databases, and spreadsheets. The ideal candidate should have good typing skills, attention to detail, and basic computer knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
Enter and update data accurately in databases, spreadsheets, and company systems.
Verify information and identify errors or missing data.
Maintain accurate and organized records.
Perform regular data checking and corrections.
Handle documents and information confidentially.
Prepare basic reports and spreadsheets as required.
Follow company data entry procedures and quality standards.
Complete assigned tasks within given deadlines.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Qualifications
12th pass or graduate; any relevant qualification is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
Good typing speed and accuracy.
Strong attention to detail.
Basic communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Freshers can apply; prior data entry experience is a plus.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of Google Sheets or other data management tools.
Good numerical and analytical ability.
Ability to handle repetitive tasks with accuracy.
Work Environment
Office-based role.
Requires regular computer and keyboard use.
Full-time position with standard working hours.
