Job Description – Scanning / QC / Data Entry Executive

Position: Scanning Operator / QC / Data Entry Executive
Salary: ₹9,000/- per month in hand
CTC: ₹10,000/- per month including PF
Experience: Fresher & Experienced – Both Can Apply
Education: 10th Pass / 12th Pass / Graduate
Training: Complete job training will be provided

Job Responsibilities

• Scanning and digitizing documents.

• Checking scanned documents for clarity, quality, and completeness.

• Performing QC (Quality Check) of scanned documents and data.

• Data entry and updating information in the system.

• Checking and correcting basic data/document errors.

• Maintaining files and records properly.

• Following daily work targets and quality standards.

• Performing other basic computer/document-related work as assigned.

Required Skills

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Basic typing and data entry skills.

• Attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to check documents carefully.

• Willingness to learn scanning, QC, and data entry work.

• Prior experience is not mandatory – training will be provided.

• 10th Pass candidates can apply.

• 12th Pass candidates can apply.

• Graduates can also apply.

• Freshers are welcome.

• Experienced candidates with scanning, QC, data entry, back-office, or document-processing experience can also apply.

• Candidates should be willing to work at the assigned Mumbai location.
