Experience: Entry-level (0–1 year)

Location: Ahmedabad (On-site)

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday | 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic fresh graduates or early-career professionals to join our team as a US Data Entry Executive. This role is ideal for candidates who are interested in building a career in US recruitment and staffing and are open to learning through hands-on training..

Experienced candidates or those expecting higher salaries are requested not to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the US recruitment and bench sales team with day-to-day data entry tasks
Upload and manage consultant profiles and resumes
Maintain and update candidate information on ATS platforms
Coordinate with vendors and candidates when required
Follow up on post-interview feedback

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in any stream
Good communication skills (written and verbal)
Comfortable working with computers and online tools
Open to learning and working in a fast-paced environment
Prior internship exposure (if any) will be an added advantage
