Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Payment Posting Specialist with a minimum of 2 years of experience in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately posting electronic (ERA) and manual (EOB) payments, identifying contractual adjustments, logging rejections/denials, and reconciling daily financial deposits to ensure clean account balances.

Key Responsibilities

Payment Entry: Accurately post payments, contractual write-offs, co-pays, deductibles, and adjustments from Electronic Remittance Advices (ERAs) and paper Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) into the billing software.

Reconciliation: Reconcile posted payments daily against bank deposits, lockbox accounts, and batch control totals.

Denial & Rejection Tracking: Identify, code, and route denied or underpaid claims to the AR/Denials management team for appeals and follow-up.

Unapplied Cash Resolution: Investigate suspense accounts, unapplied credit balances, and zero-pay vouchers to ensure proper account allocation.

Education: Graduate degree in any discipline (B.Com, B.Sc, B.A, BBA, or related field preferred).
