Client File Maintenance: Create, update, and organize digital project folders, client invoices, project schedules, and budget tracking sheets.
Quality & Accuracy Checks: Review incoming data for errors or inconsistencies between designer specifications and vendor quotes.
Inventory & Stock Tracking: Monitor sample library entries and track incoming/outgoing physical material samples.
Team Support: Assist interior designers, project managers, and procurement leads with administrative data requests as needed.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or equivalent certification in any discipline.
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in data entry, administrative, or back-office roles.
Domain Knowledge: Preferred but not mandatory: Background, internship experience, or familiarity with interior design, architecture, furniture manufacturing, or real estate.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, basic formulas, data filtering).
Familiarity with ERP software, CRM platforms, or project management tools (e.g., Asana, Notion, Monday.com, Trello) is a plus.
