Data Entry Executive

STOCK ENTRY & DATA EXECUTIVE

📍 Location: Basavanagudi Office, Bangalore

Role Purpose:

Ensure accurate and timely entry of stock movement and commercial documents into the system, enabling clear visibility of inventory and supporting smooth operations between warehouse and office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter cutting bills received from warehouse into Excel/system

• Record inward & outward stock entries (based on documents received)

• Maintain purchase bill entries with proper documentation

• Enter Delivery Challans (DC) accurately in system

• Cross-check entries with physical documents to avoid errors

• Maintain organized digital records for easy tracking and reference

• Coordinate with warehouse and accounts team for clarifications

• Support basic reporting and data tracking of stock availability as required by the manager.

Skills Required:

• Basic to intermediate Excel & MS Office (mandatory)

• Good attention to detail and accuracy

• Basic understanding of documentation & data handling

• Comfortable working with repetitive data entry tasks

• Languages: English / Hindi / Kannada – at least one fluent

• Graduate preferred

Compensation:

• ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on skills & experience)
