We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Executive who will manage front desk responsibilities along with accurate data entry and invoice generation. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage front desk operations and greet visitors professionally
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries
Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and speed
Generate and maintain invoices, bills, and records
Maintain proper documentation and filing systems
Coordinate with internal teams for data and billing requirements
Monitor office supplies and assist in administrative tasks
Ensure all records are updated and organized
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Basic understanding of billing/invoicing systems (preferred)
Graduate / 12th pass (minimum qualification)
