About Eventnama

Eventnama is focused on discovering, organizing, and maintaining information about events, exhibitions, conferences, trade shows, workshops, and other business and social events. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Data Collection Executive who can help us build a reliable and updated database of events.

Job Responsibilities

• Collect and research data related to upcoming and ongoing events, exhibitions, trade shows, conferences, and other relevant activities.

• Find event information through websites, Google searches, social media platforms, event portals, and other online sources.

• Gather accurate details such as event name, date, venue, organizer details, contact information, website, and event category.

• Identify and verify contact details of event organizers, exhibitors, venues, and other relevant stakeholders.

• Enter, update, and maintain event data in Excel, Google Sheets, or the company's internal database.

• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timely updating of collected information.

• Identify new sources for event-related data and improve data collection processes.

• Coordinate with the team to meet daily and weekly data collection targets.

• Avoid duplicate entries and ensure data quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Basic computer knowledge and internet research skills.

• Good working knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to search, verify, and organize information efficiently.

• A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and in a team.

• Freshers with good research and computer skills are welcome to apply.

Preferred Candidate

• Graduate or undergraduate with relevant computer and research skills.

• Experience in data entry, online research, lead generation, or data collection will be an added advantage.

• Candidates who are curious, disciplined, and comfortable working with daily targets will be preferred.
