We are looking for a Data Entry & Office Executive to join our team at Holidays Bookers DMC.This role involves handling daily data processes, managing enquiries, supporting chat operations, and assisting with general office work. The position offers a stable work environment with growth opportunities for the right candidate.Key Responsibilities:Manage and maintain accurate data entry recordsAssign and coordinate enquiries with the internal teamHandle chat process and basic client communicationOrganize and manage digital and physical office recordsAssist in day-to-day administrative and office operationsPrepare basic reports and support team coordinationHandle all company data with strict confidentialityJob Requirements:Minimum qualification: Graduate or equivalentBasic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, email, chat tools)Good communication and coordination skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks efficientlyPrior experience in data entry or office work will be an advantage
