Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to support our operations. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with numbers, managing sheets, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating basic data-related tasks across the team.
Key Responsibilities
Enter, update, and maintain data across Excel and Google Sheets
Create and manage product, inventory, and order management sheets
Maintain accuracy of website, Amazon, and internal data logs
Prepare basic reports, summaries, and daily/weekly trackers
Assist with MIS data and Amazon backend uploads (training will be given if required)
Coordinate with the operations and marketing teams for data requirements
Ensure timely updates and error-free documentation
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with Excel and Google Sheets
Strong knowledge of formulas, formatting, filtering, data cleaning, etc.
Ability to handle repetitive tasks with precision
Good communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple sheets
Experience in e-commerce data entry is a plus (not mandatory)
