Job Summary:

Graven Automation Private Limited is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Executive responsible for accurate data entry, product mapping, and maintaining product information across internal systems and company websites. The role requires precision, consistency, and basic technical understanding of products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate data entry of products, specifications, model numbers, and descriptions

• Product mapping and categorization for internal systems and company website

• Upload, update, and maintain product listings on website and portals

• Maintain and manage Excel sheets for product data, pricing, and inventory

• Verify data accuracy and resolve discrepancies

• Coordinate with sales, purchase, and technical teams for correct product information

• Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with company standards

• Complete assigned tasks within defined timelines

Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate / Diploma (any stream)

• 0–2 years of experience in data entry / backend operations / product uploading

• Freshers with good computer knowledge may apply

Skills Required:

• Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic MS Office tools

• Basic computer and internet skills

• Good typing speed with high accuracy

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Female candidates preferred

• Local candidates from Lucknow preferred

• Experience with ERP systems, e-commerce backend, or product databases is an added advantage

Working Days & Timings:

• Monday to Saturday

• Office-based position
