Herb Ayurveda is a growing Ayurvedic products and e-commerce company focused on delivering quality herbal products to customers across India.

We are looking for a responsible, detail-oriented and hardworking Data Entry Operator / Back Office Executive to manage daily customer records, online orders and computer-based data management activities.

Candidates with basic computer knowledge and a willingness to learn are welcome to apply. Freshers can also apply!

💼 Key Responsibilities

✅ Enter and update customer information and online order details in the computer system.

✅ Manage daily Shopify orders and maintain accurate order records.

✅ Verify customer names, mobile numbers, addresses and order details.

✅ Update order status, dispatch details and delivery information.

✅ Maintain Excel sheets, Google Sheets and daily data records.

✅ Check data accuracy and correct errors or missing information.

✅ Coordinate with the tele calling and dispatch teams for order-related updates.

✅ Maintain organized digital records and daily work reports.

✅ Handle customer and company information responsibly and maintain data confidentiality.

🎯 Job Requirements

• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets and data entry.

• Ability to enter data accurately and efficiently.

• Good attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Basic understanding of internet browsing and computer operations.

• Responsible, punctual and willing to learn.

• Previous experience in Data Entry, Back Office, Computer Operator or E-commerce operations is preferred.

• Freshers with basic computer knowledge are welcome.

💰 Salary & Benefits

💵 Monthly salary: ₹9,500 – ₹16,000, depending on skills and experience.

🏢 Fixed day shift: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

📅 Sunday off.
