Job Summary:

A Data Entry Executive is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in company databases and computer systems. The role requires attention to detail, speed, and accuracy while ensuring data confidentiality and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter data accurately into computer systems and databases.

• Verify and review data for errors or inconsistencies.

• Update and maintain records, files, and documents.

• Organize and manage digital and physical records.

• Generate reports as required by management.

• Maintain data confidentiality and security.

• Coordinate with different departments to collect and update information.

• Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.

• Complete assigned tasks within deadlines.

Required Skills:

• Excellent typing speed and accuracy.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and data entry software.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Good communication and organizational skills.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Time management and multitasking abilities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in any discipline.

• 0–2 years of experience in data entry or a similar role (Freshers may apply).

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and database management is preferred.
