Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to handle tender submissions on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with online systems, have strong Excel skills, and be able to understand and process information in English accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
Fill and submit tenders on the GeM portal with accuracy and within deadlines
Maintain and update records using Microsoft Excel
Review tender documents and extract required information
Perform regular data entry and documentation tasks
Coordinate with internal teams for required inputs and clarifications
Ensure compliance with tender requirements and guidelines
Requirements:
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and internet tools
Ability to read, understand, and interpret English documents
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Basic understanding of GeM portal (preferred but not mandatory)
Ability to work under tight deadlines
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Prior experience in data entry or tender filing is an advantage
Quick learner with a proactive approach
