Data Entry Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Operator to join our jewellery retail team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, managing product data, processing transactions, and ensuring the integrity of business information within our systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter and update jewellery inventory data, including product codes, metal purity, weight, stone details, and pricing.

• Maintain stock records and monitor inventory movements.

• Process purchase, sales, and return entries in the company software.

• Generate invoices, reports, and other operational documents.

• Verify data accuracy and correct discrepancies when identified.

• Maintain customer and supplier databases.

• Coordinate with the sales and inventory teams to ensure updated records.

• Organize and maintain digital and physical documentation.

• Support management with periodic reporting and administrative tasks.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred.

• Proficiency in advanced Excel, MS Word, and computer applications.

• Profficiency in Google sheets also.

• Strong data entry and typing skills with high accuracy.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.

• Ability to handle confidential business information responsibly.

• Prior experience in jewellery, retail, inventory management, or data entry will be an advantage.
