We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Admission Associate to support our admission process. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with data, coordinating with teams, and contributing to students’ success journeys with a positive attitude.
Accurately enter and update student admission data into internal systems and CRM tools.
Verify student documents and ensure completeness as per admission requirements.
Maintain organized and up-to-date admission records and databases.
Coordinate with the admissions and counseling teams for smooth processing of applications.
Track application status and assist in timely follow-ups.
Ensure data confidentiality and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Support the admissions team with administrative tasks as needed.
Graduate qualification.
Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
