Job Title: Data Entry Executive

Job Location: Mahape, Navi Mumbai

Company Profile: This Construction is a Vile Parle (East), Mumbaibased partnership firm engaged in civil and infrastructure works, including concrete and bitumen road projects as well as residential, industrial and commercial buildings. The firm undertakes works contract assignments, providing end‑to‑end construction solutions with a focus on quality and timely project delivery. They have a RMC plant at Mahape, which provides materials for BMC projects across Mumbai, Thane and Navi Mumbai.

No. of Days working: 6 days

Job Responsibilities:

• Data Entry & Management: Accurately input and update production data, raw material consumption (cement, aggregates, water, admixtures), and inventory levels into spreadsheets (e.g., MS Excel) or ERP/database systems.

• Record Keeping: Organize and maintain physical and digital records, including delivery tickets, quality control documents, and daily production reports, for easy access and retrieval.

• Data Accuracy & Verification: Review source documents for accuracy and completeness, identify discrepancies or errors, and correct them promptly to ensure data integrity.

• Reporting: Generate reports and summaries on daily production, material stocks, and dispatches to support internal decision-making and management requirements.

• Coordination: Collaborate with the Plant Operator, Quality Control (QA/QC) team, and logistics/dispatch teams to clarify data inconsistencies and ensure smooth data flow.

• Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information regarding mix designs, customer orders, and financial data with discretion.

• Administrative Support: Perform general clerical duties such as scanning, printing, and filing documents as required.
