We are looking for a Data Entry Specialist to assist in maintaining and updating business data for our restaurant operations. The candidate will be responsible for entering and managing data related to purchases, sales, consumption of food items, and raw materials in a pre-designed Excel template.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter daily data for purchases, sales, and inventory into Excel sheets.
- Record consumption of raw materials and food items.
- Maintain records for wastage and stock usage.
- Assist in calculating COGS (Cost of Goods Sold) based on provided data.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all data entries.
- Update and maintain Excel records regularly.
- Coordinate with the operations team to collect required data.
Requirements:
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic understanding of inventory, consumption, and COGS is preferred.
- Prior data entry experience is a plus.
- Ability to work regularly and maintain organized records.
