Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Operator to join our software company. The candidate will be responsible for entering, updating, verifying, and maintaining company data accurately, managing records, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain data in company software, Excel sheets, and internal databases.

• Verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.

• Maintain and organize digital files, documents, records, and reports.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly data reports as required.

• Update customer, client, vendor, and employee information in company records.

• Assist different departments with data collection, documentation, and record maintenance.

• Identify and correct data entry errors and duplicate records.

• Maintain the confidentiality and security of company information.

• Perform basic administrative and documentation tasks as assigned by the reporting manager.

• Complete assigned work within deadlines while maintaining accuracy.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass or Graduate.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and computer operations.

• Good typing speed with accuracy min. 30 wpm to 40 wpm.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Good communication skills and a willingness to learn.

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Excel formulas, sorting, filtering, and data formatting.

• Familiarity with CRM, ERP, or other business software.

• Basic email and internet handling skills.
