Job Summary

We are looking for a Data Entry Executive with good knowledge of GATI Software to manage day-to-day jewellery production, stock, order, and process-related data. The candidate should be accurate, responsible, and comfortable coordinating with different departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and update daily data in GATI Software.

• Maintain accurate records of jewellery orders, production, stock, and process movements.

• Update material and jewellery movement between different departments.

• Maintain records of job work, production entries, received and dispatched items.

• Verify system entries and identify any data discrepancies.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.

• Coordinate with Production, CAD, Wax, Casting, Setting, Polishing, Marketing, Accounts, and Inventory departments.

• Ensure all required entries are completed on time.

• Maintain proper documentation and records of jewellery pieces and orders.

• Generate required reports from GATI Software.

• Maintain confidentiality of company and customer-related information.

• Support the HR/Accounts/Production team with data when required.

Mandatory Requirements

• Strong working knowledge of GATI Software is mandatory.

• Previous experience in a jewellery manufacturing company is preferred.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer operations.

• Good typing speed with high accuracy.

• Good understanding of jewellery production/process data.

• Ability to maintain and verify large amounts of data accurately.

Educational Qualification

12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.

Preferred Candidate

• Candidate with 1–3 years of experience in jewellery industry data entry.

• Hands-on experience with GATI Software.

• Knowledge of jewellery manufacturing processes will be an advantage.

• Candidate should be reliable, accurate, and willing to take responsibility for daily data updates.

Salary

As per company standards and candidate's experience.
