Enter data from various sources (documents, forms, spreadsheets) into company systems
Verify data for accuracy and completeness before entry
Update and maintain existing data records
Identify and correct data errors or inconsistencies
Maintain strict confidentiality of company data
Prepare and submit MIS reports on time
Work on MS Excel, Google Sheets, or ERP systems
Coordinate with team members to ensure data consistency
Organize and maintain digital and physical records
Perform regular data backups and validation
🧑💻 Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate or 12th Pass (any stream)
Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
Typing speed: Minimum 30–40 WPM
Basic computer and internet skills
Strong attention to detail
Good time management skills
⭐ Preferred Skills:
Experience with ERP/CRM software
Knowledge of MIS reporting
Basic communication skills in English and Hindi
