Job Summary:
The Billing Executive is responsible for processing customer billing transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring a smooth checkout experience, maintaining billing records, and supporting showroom operations. The role requires attention to detail, accuracy, and excellent customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Billing Operations
Generate customer invoices and bills accurately.
Process cash, card, UPI, and other payment transactions.
Verify product details, pricing, discounts, and offers before billing.
Ensure error-free billing and transaction processing.
Customer Service
Provide courteous and professional assistance to customers during billing.
Address customer queries related to invoices, payments, and receipts.
Ensure a seamless and pleasant checkout experience.
Cash & Payment Management
Maintain accurate records of daily collections.
Reconcile cash and payment transactions at the end of each shift.
Report discrepancies immediately to management.
Ensure proper handling of cash and payment instruments.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain billing records and transaction documents.
Prepare daily billing summaries and reports.
Assist in audit and compliance-related documentation.
Showroom Support
Coordinate with sales staff for smooth billing operations.
Support stock and inventory-related documentation when required.
Follow company policies, billing procedures, and security guidelines.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or any discipline.
Knowledge of billing software and basic accounting principles is preferred.
Experience:
0 to 3 years of experience in Billing, Cashiering, or Customer Service.
Experience in Retail or Jewellery industry is an added advantage.
