Job Summary
Bhima Jewellery is hiring a detail-oriented and customer-focused Billing Executive to manage billing operations and ensure smooth checkout experiences for customers. The ideal candidate should possess basic accounting knowledge, billing system handling skills, and excellent customer service abilities.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer billing and invoice generation accurately.
Process cash, card, UPI, and other payment transactions.
Maintain billing records and daily transaction reports.
Verify product details, pricing, discounts, and tax calculations.
Coordinate with sales and accounts teams for smooth billing operations.
Ensure error-free billing and maintain customer satisfaction.
Handle customer queries related to billing and payments.
Maintain confidentiality of financial and customer information.
Required Skills
