We manage multi-city kitchen operations, ensuring consistency, quality, and efficiency across our partner network. Role Overview The Control Hub Executive serves as the central link connecting the logistics, production, and operations teams. This role ensures smooth coordination across departments, real-time monitoring of dispatch and delivery activities, and quick resolution of any process-related bottlenecks. You will act as the nerve center of day-to-day logistics and communication flow — ensuring every order, dispatch, and update runs seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities
Monitoring & Coordination
● Oversee daily order flow and dispatch activities from various kitchens or hubs via dashboard.
● Manage and update live dashboards to provide accurate data visibility to stakeholders.
● Communicate proactively with teams to address any delays, route changes, or last-minute adjustments.
● Maintain cross-functional alignment between logistics, production, and partner kitchens. Reporting & Issue Resolution
● Track exceptions such as missed deliveries, late dispatches.
● Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on outlet level inventory.
● Provide dashboard insights and trend reports to management for performance review and process optimization.
● Collaborate with management to improve overall inventory efficiency and reliability.
Ideal Candidate Profile
● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
● 0-2 Years of experience in the same field or similar field.
● Freshers can also apply.
● Strong proficiency in dashboard management, data tracking, and report generation.
● Excellent communication, multitasking, and analytical skills.
● High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
● Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets.
