We are looking for a Job Title to join our team Company Name. The role involves planning, delivering and evaluating training programs to help individuals or teams improve their performance. This position offers an in-hand salary of In Hand Salary and a chance to support professional growth in others.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver training sessions based on organizational/client needs
Create and update training material
Monitor trainee performance and provide feedback
Maintain training records and reports
Conduct evaluations to measure training effectiveness
