Basic Role & Responsibilities

Knowledge and understanding Labour Compliances, Provident Fund, ESIC,Gratuity, Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act, Labour Law Audit & all other Labour Laws. all Labour Law Compliances and have rich experience in managing Labour Law Compliances over PAN India.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Good organizational and time-management skills

Ability to multi-task

Ensuring for timely deposit of Statutory Dues – PF, ESI, P.Tax and LWF Etc.

Handling Employee’s & Clients queries related to PF and ESI, and other Labur Compliances

The Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act 1970 Audit documents preparation & handling auditor's quearies

8

Ensuring Filing of Half Yearly Return under Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act

9

Ensuring filing of Returns on/within due date – PF, ESI, LWF, Bonus Act, Minimum Wages Act,Shop & Establishment Act.

10

Ensuring display of abstracts/ notices under all applicable labour laws.
