Collections Executive – Loans (NBFC / Fintech)

Role Overview

We are looking for a Collections Executive to manage overdue accounts for payday loan customers, ensure timely recovery, and maintain professional and compliant customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities

1.       Contacting with customers/clients for outstanding payments via phone calls, emails, and field visits (if required).

2.       Explain outstanding amounts, penalties, and repayment options.

3.       Update collection status and remarks in CRM systems.

4.       Coordinate with internal teams for resolution and closure.

5.       Ensure adherence to RBI, NBFC, and company collection guidelines.

6.       Achieving monthly collection targets and contributing to team performance.

7.       Knowledge of delinquency buckets and recovery processes.

8.       Comfortable handling difficult conversations professionally.

9.       Strong verbal communication skills (Hindi & English).
