Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in handling matters before the NCLAT, NCLT, Supreme Court of India, High Court and various District Courts.

• Prepare, compile, paginate, and file appeals, replies, rejoinders, affidavits, applications, and miscellaneous pleadings before NCLAT the said Courts.

• Coordinate with advocates, registry officials, and court staff for filing, listing, and compliance-related work.

• Track case status, cause lists, orders, and next dates of hearing before the said Courts NCLAT.

• Maintain physical and digital case files, records, and briefs in an organized manner.

• Ensure timely compliance with procedural requirements, filing deadlines, and tribunal directions.

• Handle service of notices and follow-up on acknowledgments.

• Assist in preparation of paper books and documentation as per NCLAT Court Rules.

• Maintain confidentiality of legal documents and case-related information.

• Perform any other clerical or litigation support work as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Any Graduate.

• Basic knowledge of NCLAT Court Rules, procedures, and e-filing system.

• Proficiency in MS Word, PDF handling, Excel, scanning, and email correspondence.

• Ability to work under pressure and adhere to strict timelines.

Experience:

1-3 years of experience in litigation support, preferably in IBC / Company Law matters before NCLT/NCLAT. Prior tribunal filing experience will be an added advantage.
