Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Clerical Assistant to support daily office operations. The candidate will handle documentation, data entry, filing, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth workflow and accurate record management.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and organize office files and records
Perform data entry and update databases/registers
Prepare reports, letters, and official documents
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
Assist in document verification and filing
Manage photocopying, scanning, and printing tasks
Support administrative and accounts departments
Maintain attendance, inventory, and office records
Coordinate with staff and departments for office-related work
Ensure confidentiality of company documents
Required Skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Good typing and data entry skills
