Profile: Centre In charge

Job Role and Responsibilities:

1. Walk in centre for BOAT Products

2. Handle Operations of a service centre

3. Manage Customer satisfaction

4. Ensure Operational metrics

5. Manage the team

6. Look into repair / solve issues of the customers with TAT and help of engineers

7. Coordinate between Backend team / service engineer

8. Computer skills & Excel skills

JOB PROFILE:

1. Customer care, CRM access, Customer complaint handling, Customer convincing.

2. Handle Operations of a service centre

3. Manage Customer satisfaction

4. Ensure Operational metrics

5. Manage the team

JOB SKILLS:

1. Customer complaint Handling Skills

2. Fluency in Tamil and English

3. Adapt to new process

Academic Qualification: - Graduate

Technical Qualification: - Internet skills, Computer proficiency, Knowledge of repairs
